Don’t remember the last time I saw anybody wear a blouse like this though. May be I just move in different circles.
This blouse is designed to “un-flatter” a person, so you don’t get any unpure thoughts.
So yes, long sleeve blouses do exist, they can even be made look very attractive and pretty or they can be used to add a layer of distance between you and the world.

Celina Jaitley is perfectly coordinated - yes down to the nail polish and bindi - in a magenta georgette sari and matching sleeveless blouse. There is a lot of attention to detail including the color coordinated bangles. Celina Jaitley always manages to look nicely put together - she’s almost too perfect!

Sorry for the bad quality of pictures, but this is like seeing a picture of a unicorn, we should be glad that these breed of women exists at all.
I like it, there is some exotic, erotic quality to it; it is impractical but may be that’s what makes it beautiful.
