Neha Dhupia in an embroidered gray chiffon sari

Actress Neha Dhupia looks simple and classically elegant in a Slate gray sari with silver gray embroidery and silver sequins along the border. The ensemble is crying out for some matching jewelry though, like massive silver dangling earrings, a wide silver finger ring, a simple choker and maybe even a fancy silver armlet.

Simplicity never goes out of style

Trust me, simplicity will always be in style!

Interesting pre-cut saree, but the most interesting part is the blouse.

It is always fascinating for me to see how the designer takes an element of the saree and transfers it to the blouse and since there are no sleeves to match the border of the saree, the next best thing to do is to use the neckline.

It looks really stunning!

Bollywood movies love to show babes in sarees. While things looked elegant and graceful in older movies, these days movies present saree show with modern touch. While saree is still there, top just keep getting smaller and will soon vanish !

The problem with the high quality pictures is that each and every flaw is apparent and stares you right back in your face.

Too much make up in this case, slightly red eyes, unfinished eye liner, inconsistent eye shadow, is too distracting to enjoy the full beauty of the shot.

I am not convinced that there is a way to fix that during a photo shoot, although one would try harder to get everything right if the shots were taken in HD, but the solution is to have photoshop do the dirty work. smoothen out the tones, remove the extra makeup; essentially do the task that “distance” does in normal viewing.

This is a beautiful shot and great composition.
