Sobia Nazir, Pakistani designer, saree

First of all, let me note that the concept of good color combination is not “universal”. Certain combination of colors that look very attractive in one culture look way too gaudi in another.
So I don’t want to dismiss this saree by saying that I don’t like the colors (I don’t) but I do appreciate the design touches and elegance. If one removed the orange belt below the blouse, then you will see the matching rose embroidery on the blouse edges and the pink/orange color of the saree with blue border providing an attractive color explosion.
I have seen one other saree by Sobia (also with a rose motif) I will post it when I get a chance.
What do you think about this design? Please rate it !

good for any non Muslim girl. Muslim girls should know that Allah’s punishment for “behayaii” is very severe.
Hope this is a sarcastic comment and not a reflection of how you feel.
In any event, Saree actually does offer the option of covering every part of your body with just the eyes showing.
