Miss Sri Lanka Jacqueline Fernandez in a red silk sari
What do you give the woman who has everything - to wear that is. You give her a sari of course!
Miss Universe Zuleyka Rivera Miss Sri Lanka Jacqueline Fernandez arrived at the 58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, in a bright red tanchoi silk sari. It has an interesting border which is half traditional jari, and half a more contemporary black border with the red and gold floral motif. The blouse is kind of odd — it looks like one that would be worn with a spandex skirt rather than a heavy sari!

Note: This photo was mislabled and a reader (thanks Vin) pointed it out to us (actually it is mislabled in the Getty images database). I have just posted a new picture of her in bright red saree, chech it out.

I saw this picture on the original website, and it is definitely mislabeled. This is not Miss Universe Zuleyka Rivera. This is Miss Sri Lanka 2006 Jacqueline Fernandez (http://dhaka-pic.blogspot.com/2007/10/miss-sri-lanka-universe-jacqueline.html)
[…] We owe a big apology to Jacqueline Fernandez, the beauty queen from Sri Lanka, for mislabeling one of her pictures. […]
Thanks Vin. You are right; it was an error in Getty images database that got propagated here. We have corrected it and added a new picture of her in the current post.
